On Saturday, November 26, from 2 to 4 pm:
- See this 1964 map of a proposed development of the Berkeley Marina area and other historic maps from our archives
- Chat with Susan Schwartz of Friends of Five Creeks, John Steere of Berkeley Partners for Parks, and other Berkeley environmental activists
- View the exhibit, Eco-Berkeley: A Legacy of Environmental Activism
- Stay for some light refreshments, 4-4:30 pm
The museum will open at 1 pm. This could be an opportunity to take guests who are in town for Thanksgiving weekend someplace interesting. (The History Center will be closed Nov. 24 and 25.)
