Credit Card Payment Authorization Policy: The Berkeley Historical Society & Museum (BHSM) has contracted with Square for credit card processing services. When you use the BHSM Form, you give BHSM permission to debit your account for the amount indicated on or after the indicated signature date. When you sign the form, you certify that you are an authorized user of this credit card and that you will not dispute the payment with your credit card company; so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated in the form.
